Now in its third year, River Clay has carved an imitable presence as a creative showcase in the Southeast and beyond, with 1, 000's of patrons and an artist following spanning multiple states. The Enchanted Forest of Decatur, located in Founders' Park across from Old State Bank, is a family-oriented fundraiser benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Date: Friday, Oct. 15 I 5-9PM. Set for October 16-17, 2021, Decatur's River Clay Fine Arts Festival returns with 58 local and national artists for a two-day celebration of the visual arts. River Clay Fine Arts Festival Decatur Al

The Decatur Small Business Association hosts an open house the second Thursday in November for businesses downtown. There also is a children's art area featuring fun activities. The juried art festival, featuring local and national artists exhibiting original works of art for sale to the public, made its debut in 2015. River Clay Fine Arts Festival 2016

River Clay is held on the grounds of Decatur City Hall located at 402 Lee Street NE. Festivalgoers will enjoy seeing the display of artwork representing students from public and private schools from across Decatur City, Hartselle City and Morgan County school systems. • Sunday, October 23 from 10am-4pm. River Clay is on the grounds of Decatur City Hall in downtown Decatur. When: October 22 9 AM – 5 PM | October 23 10 AM – 4 PM. River Clay Rendezvous tickets are $60 per person and may be purchased online at or by calling Jennifer Bunnell at the Alabama Center for the Arts at 256-260-4299. This festival is super family-friendly, with an entire setup for kids to get hands-on with art activities. A two-day celebration of the visual arts returns to downtown Decatur next month. On the 2nd Saturday in December, visitors can enter some of the historic homes to view interior decorations. A limited number of tickets is available. Hours are 9 a. m. to 5 p. Oct. 22, and 10 a. to 4 p. 23. It features a dinner fundraiser, art displays, live pottery creation and a recording studio tour and demonstration.
