We were thinking about wrapping the stands with a camo type material from the shooting rail down to the platform. I welded this particular stand in 1989. I suppose a hose clamp or heavy-duty zip tie would also work well for securing the coupling. Those lock on's are nice for bow hunting but with rifle season here I'd like something to give me a steady rest when hunting my lock on stands.
