What we found is that the people that are coming out to work at the haunt this year, they want to work at the haunt; the retention is better now. HAM sticks to traditional jump scares but delivered in various ways: screams, growls, jumps, stomps, bangs, air cannons and other quick unexpected bursts of horror came flying our way. It provided the most diverse dialogue. For some, dark hallways where monsters quietly wait in the shadows are just too frightening; others yearn for them. The ticket booths are designed in stone matching the manor itself as does the gift shop. You don't have to know what's going on to get it, and that's never a bad thing.
