As you're achieving your goal, you will have a tremendous amount of failure. Shame is defined as a self-conscious emotion arising from the sense that something is fundamentally wrong about oneself. I think that goal shame in the beginning is pretty normal, especially if your goal is super big, and I think that it's something that we can expect. We can just do what it is we're wanting to do and desiring. We don't always hit those goals in the timeframe we want, how we want, or at all.
