Jayne, please tell us about your role at St. Joseph Hospital. Another way to decide which type of nurse you want to become is by how the work unit is organized within the hospital. We are fortunate at Sibley to have these philanthropic gifts—specifically from the Weist Fund and the Symington Foundation—that allow us to offer evidence-based interventions that make a big difference in peoples' lives.
